Shipping Policy
All in stock orders that are placed Monday to Friday will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Any order received on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the next business day.
Out of Stock Policy
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as "in stock" when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email to notify you that your order will be placed on back order. We will provide you information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out of stock items are in stock again within two weeks.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with The Outdoor Experience, you must contact customer service by email Pat@PatsOutdoorStore.com or by phone 732-608-7260. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order can not be canceled.
Return or Refund Policy
Refunds are only given on out of stock items if the customer does not want to wait for the item to be back ordered. All merchandise sold by The Outdoor Experience is sold as is without any guarantee.
